now I m taking obimet se 500mg twice plus sysfol 5mg my concern is that at present iui, both my ovaries were making eggs their was 2 eggs on both ovaries one left and one right but size was different after hcg injection only one ruptured and that too of blocked tube side and one was still there it's size was around 18.5 so my concern is doctor has done iui but what will happen to my unruptured egg and weather the ruptured egg will pick up by the open tube side.

Brief Answer:
Chances of conception are there.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached reports. Your left sided tube is normal. Rupture of a mature follicle of size 18.5 indicates ovulation. Even if the ovulation has happened on the blocked side there is every chance that the ovum will travel to the open tube and chances of fertilization and conception are present. You are getting the correct treatment. There is no need to worry. it is good that both your ovaries are working normally. Even if one sided tube is blocked chances of conception through open tube are same and are not halved.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Thank u so much.

What will happen to the other egg that was not ruptured at the time of iui. The one that was ruptured it's size was around 20 and the one that was still their at the time of iui, it's size was 18.5, what will happen to that egg, even after taking hcg injection it was not ruptured only 1 egg (size 20) was ruptured at my iui .

Will that unruptured egg reabsorbed by the ovary or will it become a cyst?

Brief Answer:
Can become corpus luteum.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.

The unruptured egg becomes a corpus luteum in case you conceive. It can also get reabsorbed by ovary if there is no conception.

Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
Regards.
