Suggest Treatment For Blepharospasm While On Anxiety Medication
Question: sir, i am 48 year old woman. i am suffering from blepharospam since one year.i am presently taking allopathic medicine for anxiety, sugar,BPand acidity.i can send video of face and eye movement if u require it for better diagnosis. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and after reviewing your history I'm of the following opinion:
1. Blepharospasm is either due to disorders of nervous system or can occur due to ocular diseases, as such Ophthalmologic and Neurophysician Examination must be done: [what was the opinion] i.e. is it true blepharospasm or benign essential blepharospasm?
. to exclude any ocular causes of the disease.
. and if is due to neural problems then botox injection by an expert has promising results. [make sure it has not extended to facial/neck muscles to exclude cranio facial dytonia]
PS. Dark glasses can be worn to prevent sunlight sensitivity
2. According to Ayurveda it's prana vikruti, thus prophylactic management which have promising results are: akshi XXXXXXX shirodhara, pratimarshya nasya and medicine(s).
