Brief Answer:
Next treatment is probably by medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.
From the history it appears you are having redness and pain following retinal detachment surgery because of bleeding.
This indicates a probable secondary glaucoma as a result of increase in intraocular pressure.
Hence next treatment is mainly by drugs to reduce the intraocular pressure and to control the bleeding.
Once the intraocular pressure is decreased and bleeding is controlled next course of treatment can be planned.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
