Brief Answer:
Surgery might be necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Hemorrhoids can not be cured with any medicine. Any suppositories can only help with the symptoms. However usually sooner or later hemorrhoids do need to be removed. Especially if they are bleeding, are large and suppositories do not help.

You may try to improve your diet( add fiber and probiotic to it) and continue with Prep. H. But if this wont help in a week or so, you should consult a proctologist and consider its removal.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
