Brief Answer:
drink fluids, wait and see

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query.

First, you should not be worried. As long as you can urinate, this is fine, even if there is blood in urine, it means that stones are out and there is soe irritation of urethra and bladder and further urination will help to clear this out. If there is inability to pass urine, increasing pain or abdominal swelling, then you need to see doctor urgently.

At this point you should drink plenty of fluids and raspberry tea to promote urination and take nonsteroid painkillers. Also, take iron supplements.
In case of persistant bleeding for several weeks, you should do cystoscopy since it may not be caused just by stones but some other more serious causes.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
