Brief Answer:
A broad spectrum sunscreen during day and a pigment reducing cream at night

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.

The treatment which you are taking right now (i.e itaspor, eumosone-m) is an anti-fungal one and is not expected to benefit pigmentation. Acrofy is just a moisturiser. Gludase gel, though is a pigment reducing topical preparation, it has a mild action, if at all. It contains glutathione and aloe vera
Pigmentation on your face is most likely due to melasma. It is idiopathic in most cases i.e there is no known cause.
I request you to kindly upload an Image so that I am able to guide you better. You may upload an Image either at "Reports Section" Or You may also mail me at YYYY@YYYY with the subject line as Attention:Dr.Kakkar.
Sunscreen is an essential part of treatment of Melasma. I suggest that you use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. A sunscreen with spf 50 or more would be ideal e.g either Sebamed Or Neutrogena sunscreen. It should be reapplied every 2-3 hours (i.e 8 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM).
At night you may use a pigment reducing cream e.g either a kojic acid (Kojic cream) or glycolic acid + hydroquinone based cream (Glyaha-HQ).
These are prescription medications and I suggest that you use them under supervision of a dermatologist in your region.
You can also opt for a few sessions of chemical peeling from adermatologist in your vicinity. Glycolic acid chemical peeling is particularly good for pigmentation.

Brief Answer:
Sunscreen is a must; should be worn even indoors and on cloudy days

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Yes, you must use sunscreen throughout the day even when indoors and even on a cloudy day.
Avoid using all cosmetics or otc remedies on face, that you may have been using earlier. Just use the medicines.
Use a cream containing hydroquinone+glycolic acid at night (Glyaha HQ cream) Or Melalong cream (Tretinoin and hydroquinone). Initially use these creams every alternate days at night because they can cause irritation and use only in small amounts. Visit a dermatologist in your vicinity and use these under supervision and as per advice regarding how to use them and what to do in case of irritation.
Avoid soaps. You may rather use a gentle cleanser e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily
