Question: I have attached herewith the current consultation notes, just want a second opinion on the illness as it has been status quo since past 15days

In your case, medications have been given correctly. May be, a course of anti-viral medications such as acyclovir or valaciclovir should also have been used.

At this stage, the most important part of treatment is physiotherapy- facial exercises and electrical current stimulation of the nerve.
