Brief Answer:
Best way to help her is by reminding her to go to the toilet on repeated occasions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

The things you are doing are the right things to do.

Also some other advises are:

- Don't make her feel guilty for what she is doing at any point because it gets worse when she is getting punished for it and also it is not her fault.

- A good way is to remind her from time to time to not hold her urine until it becomes a habit for her to go in time.

- Also, she needs to be checked for some other things to rule out like constipation, urinary tract infection, uncontrolled blood sugar levels(yes it's seen in her age group also) etc..

- There are medicines that can be given but those can be tried only if all other measures have failed. So please discuss all these with her pediatrician.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
