Detailed Answer:

Hi,
Thanks for query.
Have seen you details sir,

Conditions commonly linked to back pain are muscle or ligament strain. Repeated heavy lifting or a sudden movement may strain back muscles and spinal ligaments.Initially i would suggest you to go for a XRay spine if possible a MRI scan of back is a better option however an X ray would also do.

Treatment-
Take an anti inflammatory like Tylenol thrice daily(Over the counter).
Apply oint diclofenac locally over the area of pain.
Both heat and ice therapy are used to reduce inflammation and it is done according to the patient’s preference.Apply them for 15 minutes four times a day.
A period of rest and no activity would help the injured tissues to recuperate, thus relieving back pain.
Follow up with reports sir.
Thanks!
