Suggest Treatment For Back Pain
Question: Mid back pain has continued for months. You recommended seeing a neurologist. Said to continue pain killers, but I only take Tylenol, which does nothing. What pain med could I take?

For pain relief you can take etoricoxib or aceclofenac with muscle relaxant like tizanidine, tolperisone or thiocholchicoside.
Pain modulator drugs for associated neuropathic symptoms may be taken like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitriptyline.
Get back with reports as discussed earlier.
Avoid stooping forward, lifting heavy objects, sitting in squatting position.

Are opiate good for this? Would these give pain relief?

Opioids are more effective in any pain but are used under prescription and when other drugs are ineffective.
Try the previous medications as advised before going for Opioids.
