Brief Answer:
Take drugs as advised and visit a Neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Have you visited a Neurologist?
For pain relief you can take etoricoxib or aceclofenac with muscle relaxant like tizanidine, tolperisone or thiocholchicoside.
Pain modulator drugs for associated neuropathic symptoms may be taken like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitriptyline.
Get back with reports as discussed earlier.
Avoid stooping forward, lifting heavy objects, sitting in squatting position.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Use opioid only if other pain killers are not effective

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Opioids are more effective in any pain but are used under prescription and when other drugs are ineffective.
Try the previous medications as advised before going for Opioids.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
