Question: Hi i am suffering with back pain .i feel very uncomfortable while sleeping .please help with some tips , how can i reduce the back pain ?

The pain came when i stopped the exercises . The pain is not radiating to thighs and there is no numbness or tingling . Pain is becoming serious when i sleep , daytime it is fine .

Hello,
Thanks for your information.
It may be postural related or muscular pain due to exercises.
I suggest you paracetamol with ibuprofen (combiflame) combination medication for pain. Use it sparingly.
Try to change position frequently while sleeping. Use firm mattress. Soft mattress can cause pain. Do not use high pillow.
Hot water bag fomentation will help you.
You can use topical analgesics like Volini, oxalgin.
