Question: I have had a back pain that is on the left side, chest pain right in the middle, upper left shoulder pain and just a few minutes ago I was just walking into my house and a sharp pain came about in my lower left side back and into my butt What could that be from? Also my left leg is hurting really bad now.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to muscle spasm.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The back pain radiating to the butt can be related to poor posture or mild disc compression or a muscle spasm.
The pain in chest and shoulder can be a muscular pain or related to a cardiac cause. if the pain decreases on resting and taking a mild pain killer then a muscular pain is likely. Proper examination and investigations are needed to find the cause.
I hope this answers your query.
