Brief Answer: Get OTC pain killer. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for posting your query. Ideally, we are not supposed to prescribe the medicines over the net. Pain killers need individualization of the doses according to the severity of symptoms and physical condition of the patient and it can happen only after physical consultation. You can take mild anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen 400 mg 2-3 times a day available over the counter. muscle relaxants like Cataflam will also help you. I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out. Wishing you good health. Regards. Dr. Praveen Tayal. Brief Answer: Take a muscle relaxant. Detailed Answer: Hello. Thanks for writing again. IF the pain killer only is not helping then you can take an additional muscle relaxant- Cataflam available over the counter. You can also do a hot fomentation and apply local analgesic gel like Volini gel over the affected parts. Or you can you can try the Walgreens pharmacy, they have online and retail store as well. This is a US pharm, and also you can get a US doctor's prescription here. You can request a new prescription or ask for a refill. Try this link. http://www.walgreens.com/ Hope my answer is helpful. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you good health. Regards
