Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Ideally, we are not supposed to prescribe the medicines over the net. Pain killers need individualization of the doses according to the severity of symptoms and physical condition of the patient and it can happen only after physical consultation. You can take mild anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen 400 mg 2-3 times a day available over the counter. muscle relaxants like Cataflam will also help you.
I hope this answers your query.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
IF the pain killer only is not helping then you can take an additional muscle relaxant- Cataflam available over the counter. You can also do a hot fomentation and apply local analgesic gel like Volini gel over the affected parts.
Or you can you can try the Walgreens pharmacy, they have online and retail store as well. This is a US pharm, and also you can get a US doctor's prescription here. You can request a new prescription or ask for a refill.
