Brief Answer:
Usually 3-4 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The back pain and overall aches that you have is a common side effect of injection Prolia due to low calcium and vitamin D3 levels after the injection. The levels usually return to normal in 3-4 weeks but it is best to start with proper calcium and vitamin D3 supplements after consulting with your orthopedician for an early improvement.
I hope this answers your query.
