Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your query and understood your problem.

Do you have any tingling or numbness obey the calves or feet ?

Are you in any medication ?

Are you under a lot of stress with new job, change in residence etc. ?

Does the knee pain aggravate on squatting or getting up from sitting position ?

There are many causes of low back pain associated with knee joint pain like Osteoarthritis such is an in old age as a degenerative disease. Also Vitamin D deficiency can cause generalised body and muscle pain, bone pain which is quite common.

It is advisable to avoid bending forwards, lifting heavy weights, squatting, cross leg sitting, reduce climbing stairs as this can aggravate low back pain and knee pain.

Eat healthy diet rich in Vitamin D and Calcium like cheese, eggs, green leafy vegetables, nuts, Keep well hydrated. Exercise regularly within comfortable limits.

Kindly consult your Orthopaedic surgeon and get a thorough examination and necessary investigations like Vitamin D and Calcium levels, arthritis profile, necessary Xrays to rule out Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis and other conditions causing similar picture.
