Brief Answer:
it is treatable

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Well autoimmune hepatitis is chronic disease where own immune cells attack out healthy cells. However it usually dont lead to serious consequances and doesnt limit expected lifetime. It cant be cured completely but it can be controlled with medications and liver failure can be prevented, She will have to be on certain medications for lifetime and avoid factors that damage liver function.
Wish you good health. Regards
