Brief Answer:
Burow's solution/plain yoghurt

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern and I feel sorry for the pain you are going through.Your athlete's foot seems to be quite severe.I hope you have taken proper course of antifungal tablets to get rid of it.

When you have blisters, soak your foot in Burow's solution several times a day for 3 or more days until the blister fluid is gone. After the fluid is gone, use an antifungal cream on it.Do these along with antifungal tablets.

Plain yogurt containing live acidophilus bacteria is an instant remedy for athlete’s foot. Simply dab the yogurt on the infected areas, let dry, and rinse off.

Prevention is the most important factor in case of Athlete's foot.Always maintain the following;

Dry between your toes after swimming or bathing
Change socks regularly.
Do not share towels
Allow your shoes to air for at least 24 hours before you wear them again.
Dust the insides of your shoes with antifungal powder or spray.

Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.
