Brief Answer:
You need to get a HRCT chest done

Detailed Answer:

Hello XXXX

Just based on x ray chest findings, it is difficult to say what is your son suffering from. His symptoms are suggestive of asthma. X ray findings could be because of some old inflammation or may indicate ILD. You need to get a HRCT chest done for him and also a spirometry and diffusion studies.

Consult your local pulmonologist whomcan guide you properly and get all the relevant tests done.

Take care.
