Brief Answer:
I would definitely advise you to cut down/gradually stop tea/coffee intake.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to Health care magic,

sure, tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking, too much onion and garlic or anything strong can interfere with action of drugs.

I would definitely advise you to cut down/gradually stop tea/coffee intake.

You can try amytryptiline, local capsaicin cream. wear a lumbar belt, TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) treatment, and explore the possibility of undergoing decompression procedure in the back

Also I hope you are taking B 12.

Sometimes magnesium supplements work.

Do revert back.

Regards

Brief Answer:
don't take higher dose of Gabapentin. It will cause heavy sedation

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX don't take higher dose of Gabapentin. It will cause heavy sedation and knock you over.

Try XXXXXXX (organic processed green tea) and see if it suits you. Some people have problems with green tea too.

Acupuncture may not be a bad idea.

Amytryptiline, magnesium tablets and capsaicin cream can help.
