Question: Can appendicitis disappear on its own ? or did my appendix burst as pain has reduced

If the appendix bursts, the symptoms will worsen and not improve.
Appendicitis can sometimes get better on its own.
In your case, it was not confirmed whether the pain was due to appendicitis.
