Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

There are a few things you can try. Meditation, progressive muscle relaxation, ASMR videos on YouTube, breathing into a paper bag. Taking a hot shower, listening to music. Lighting a candle, aromatherapy. Something to distract your mind. These are some things that help my patients. I hope they help you too!
