Anxiety attacks are unrelated to EBRT.

I can certainly understand your concern.
Diazepam is currently right drug of choice in your case.This can control both anxiety and panic attacks.
These anxiety attacks are unrelated toradiation /EBT.
With regards to blood in urine, it's very important to evaluate the cause.Post radiation effect
( particularly urinary stricture) can be a possibility.
At the same time it's also important to rule out cancer recurrence( which can manifest as cancer in urine) by taking the following tests.
1.Serum PSA( prostate specific antigen)
2.Ultrasound Abdomen.
If these tests are normal, and if blood in urine continues , an Intravenous Pyelogram may be required.
If all tests turn out negative, then there is nothing much to worry.
Therefore, further management if any is based on test results.
