Brief Answer:
Anxiety and attention problem

Detailed Answer:
Dear User,
Thanks for using health care magic.

From the available description it appears that you had anxiety features and attention problem.
I like to inform you that anxiety is normal phenomenon for every human being that is necessary to certain extent. If it becomes excessive causing problem in your day to day functioning than intervention is required by a psychiatrist or your primary care physician.

Same thing applies to attention problem which is common to all of us. When we have lot of things going in brain than it is plausible to forget few of them.
In majority of cases brain remains well aware that there is problem of anxiety so I feel with available description it is kind of excessive concern or problem of mild severity.

If because of these symptoms you are not able to perform in your required duties that it is more likely a problem.

I request you to write the age, gender and work condition while posting query next time as these affect heavily your anxiety status and attention problem

'Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Anxiety and attention problem

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXX,
I am writing down few strategies that are useful in mild stress as in your case.
1. Visualization- Picture a scene in which you are perfectly relaxed….. Perhaps you are lying at the beach on a warm breezy day….Continue to visualize this scene, noticing the warmth of the sun on your body, feeling more relaxed, while your breathing becomes slow and rhythmic.
2. Meditation- Choose a quiet environment that is not too brightly lit. Allow yourself 5 minutes at first and gradually work up to 20 minutes.
Sit upright with your spine erect….feet should be flat on the ground with your hands resting in your lap. Close your eyes and keep your body still.
Start with some deep breathing: inhale and exhale deeply, letting all your breath out. Pause, then inhale letting the breath flow naturally using your abdomen muscles.
Now allow your breathing to become natural and slow….as you exhale count “one.” Continue counting, each time you exhale. If thoughts enter your mind and your forget to count, simply notice and dismiss the thoughts. Do the same with sounds and bodily sensations—simply notice and dismiss them.
If you wish to time yourself, use a non-ticking timer…When you are done, rock, gently back and forth before slowly getting up. Practice at least once daily.

I hope this will be enough for you to manage these anxiety and inattention symptoms. In case you need medication I do not feel requirement for same at this moment.
