Suggest treatment for anxiety and depression

Question: Hi I am a 65 year old female. For the last 7-8 years I have had no Wish to do anything that I used to do . I went to Arizona 7 years ago and became very sick,In bed sick. They told me there was nothing wrong . I am Depressed anxious sad and don't care about a whole lot I have bad XXXXXXX And several little things wrong. I feel that I am losing What little strength I have and need to lay dowm for a while. I feel terriable just about every day. I am real fatighed all the time sometimes I don't want to get out of bed in the AM>

Your history suggests you are suffering from depression likely considering all physical work up normal. Your aging process is likely adding in this problem.
You have tried 12 different medicines. Please let me know which are they? for what duration and dose?

If your diagnosis of depression is confirmed and it is not responding to medicines psychotherapy(like CBT) and ECT(electro convulsive therapy) should be used.

Provide some other information also to help you better

- Your family history

- Do you have any physical problem and are you taking any medicines for the same?

- Have you consulted psychiatrist? What is doctor's opinion?
