Brief Answer:
History & physical examination needed for evaluation and diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your concern. I appreciate your efforts to sort help for this issue.

It is not at all possible to have nerve desensitization with water jet. Whatever the way you do masturbation, if you are comfortable with that, there is no chance of any damage with that procedure.

You seems to be suffering from anorgasmia (inability to reach to orgasm). Causes of anorgasmia are divided in to physical, psychological and emotional.

In physical causes: gynecological issues, medicines, alcohol and other substance, hormonal disturbance. You are not taking any medicine, so it is not a cause. However for other causes you need to consult gynecologist for check up and needed investigation.

Psychological causes: stress, depression, performance anxiety etc. To check for these you need to consult psychiatrist.

Emotional Causes: relationship with partner matters in term of intimacy, love, understanding and feelings.

Just think from above causes and let me know if you have any problem among these.

You could not enjoy orgasm since 3 years. (at 26 you masturbate and after 1 year problem started as you mentioned), so have you not consulted doctor yet?

Since 1.5 years of marriage you are not enjoying. What is your husband's opinion and reaction on this?

Waiting for your reply to help you further.

Dr.Chintan Solanki.

Brief Answer:
Required full examination and investiagtions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for follow up.

If you feel there is no causes from above, you must consult gynecologist for check up.

Hormonal investigation, Physical, urogenital, Neurological, Spinal cord and reflexes examination are needed to search for cause of your problem. After that your gynecologist may refer you to any psychiatrist/sexologist for further approach.
You can visit gynecologist with above information and after full check up, revert back to me with reports.

Brief Answer:
No depletion of DHEA, no clear studies for clittoral pumps

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing back.

There is nothing like over masturbation. It is an individual thing. If someone wants to masturbate 3 times a day or some one thrice a week, both are normal.

Masturbation does affect testosterone and DHEA level but not depletion. Its level fluctuates just around time of masturbation as they are responsible for libido.

There are no scientific evidences or studies about clitoral simulator or pumps. But yes as per normal physiology, stimulation may help to regain nerve sensitivity. But stimulation frequency and duration should be specified. Before that nerve sensation should be checked by doctor. Effects on hormones by stimulation does not matter much.If hormone deficiency is there, it must be provided from outside initially to regain normal production by hypothalamo-pituitary axis.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be glad to answer if more queries.

Thanks a lot sir....I had been advised virtual high arginox tablets fish oil...
They say that due to large amount of force exerted by waterjet has damaged clit nerves and there is sexual exhaustion..how long does it take to regain sensitivity back.n asked to use clit stimulators 5min everyday for a month..
If sensitivity gets back can arousal problems get corrected

Brief Answer:
Correction depends upon damaged occurred

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back.

If it is confirmed that water jet has damaged nerve sensation then nerve conduction study (NCS) to be done for checking severity and type of damage.

If it is only desensitization of nerve due to excessive stimulation by water jet, it is reversible gradually in 2-3 weeks. But if no sensation and nerve cells damaged permanently it is difficult to say that it will be corrected or not! However in that case your orgasm can be achieved with vaginal stimulation.

Hope I have answered your query.
