Brief Answer:
Check your blood pressure, some test s as described and reduce weight

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr panda, I am Dr. Mody and I will be addressing your concern
Now first thing is to know the cause of the minimal swelling.
Liver and kidney in most probability is ruled out and you shouldn't worry for same.
Some additional things I would suggest is
1) for heart the comprehensive evaluation wou be be a treadmill stress test and a 2 d echo, which would put us safe on heart side
2) get your blood pressure monitored. It may be the reason for the swelling
3) thyroid profile sos
Now coming to your reports
The worst , Lipids.
Now lipids are high, cholesterol and particularly the bad cholesterol (ldl) is high, I would wish ldl preferably less than 100 and atleast less than 130 for you, also your good cholesterol is on the lower side (HdL, should be as high as possible ) .
No medication required for the same at present because you are young. However cut down on oils and fat in diet, exercise, reduce weight. Start with omega 3 fatty acid supplements 1gm two times a day. It will help your overall health and decrease your cholesterol
Now to your liver, firstly you sgpt and ggt are raised, I one possibility is you took alcohol atleast withen 5-7 days of the test, secondly I would suggest you get sonography of your lover and bile system, to see the fat content in liver. Normally it's nearly zero, however because you are overweight it's a common reason why your liver enzymes are little raised. However I can reassure you that such marginal rise in liver enzymes will not cause welling considering albumin is normal.
The kidney report and other attached report are normal
Hoping I could cover all your doubts. Still any clarification needed let me know.
Do rate it for other ppl reference
