Brief Answer:
Angioneurotic edema

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

The photos you have provided are showing edema of both the lips when I compared them with the photos posted by you in the past. The white small patch are seen due to edema and will settle with the reducing edema.

It looks you have a problem of angioneurotic edema ( this is the technical name).
You already had problems in the oral cavity as I could see your old records.

I would suggest you to go to ER with your parents / guardian for the treatment in the form of antihistamine and if need be oral steroid. Then take an opinion of an ENT or Oral surgeon to rule out any intra-oral lesions that may be directly or indirectly related to this problem.

On empirical basis we do advise to take tablets for worms in the intestines. This is one theory. Till you reach ER you can apply crushed ice packs in a plastic bag to the lips. Do not fiddle with them.

Brief Answer:
You need to as this can be a serious problem

Detailed Answer:
This can lead to a serious problem.
It is your supposition- it is possible that they may take you to the Doctor as you need prescription based medicines and even though I write the medicines , your pharmacy may not give these without prescription.

Show this and discuss with your parent, hey may.
