Suggest Treatment For Anemia And Weakness
Question: I have anemia and I feel weak from time to time what can I do to make my blood level high ..I do take pills but it seems it not helping much..

However, the most common cause of anemia at your age is due to iron deficiency.
It could be due to low intake of iron or chronic small amounts of bleeding from body.
Have you noticed any heavy menstrual bleeding recently?
Have you noticed any bleeding from bowel or in urine?
Very common causes of anemia not responding to pills can be anemia due to other nutritional deficiency, anemia of any other cause, or anemia due to chronic small bleeding from bowel source or urine.
