Brief Answer:
Regular pap smear examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is nothing to worry about the anechoic cyst as it is most probably a retention cyst which is common in patients with chronic cervicitis.
But long standing cervicitis and multiple nabothian cysts need evaluation.
At the age of 40 these findings can be carcinogenic and can cause problems in later life and thus it is mandatory to have pap smears every 6 months till they are negative for at least 3 years and yearly pap smears thereafter.
It might sound bothersome but is a simple but very important investigation with a lot of long term help.
In case you have any questions about it, I will be glad to answer.
Regards
Dr Manisha
