Brief Answer:
Torsion of ovary

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I understand your concerns about pain in left ovary and para ovarian cyst.

Para ovarian cyst is large enough to cause torsion ( rotation of ovary). If you are not in the beginning of your periods this pain is likely to be due to ovarian torsion.

This can be diagnosed by doppler ultrasound scan. If torsion exists it can be immediately released and brought back to normal position by Laparoscopy.

Please get examined by your doctor soon to confirm the torsion.
