Suggest Treatment For Androgenic Alopecia

Question: Hi doctor,
My father having baldness. My present age is 26. From at the age of 23 hair fall started and both sides of my head became bald almost and I have consulted hair transplantation surgian. He given me the tugain 5 Sol and finpecia tablets. I am using these medicine from last 5 months. As of now I have used 3 tugain bottles. But from last one month itching started in my head and I am loosing more hair due to this itching. And I didn't see hair growth after using these med. Please suggest me why the itching started is these medicines are really helpful. Now my forehead and two sides scalp appearloing clearly . pls advice me

There is alcohol in the lotion provided to you and probably that's why you have developed itch.

Hi doctor, thanks for the reply. Here am attaching some images. But how to stop this itching? its really irritating me and due to this am loosing remaining hair also and not seen any growth.

It is androgeic alopecia.
Best treatment for this type of baldness is hair transplant.
Medications will work but as soon as you stop using them hair fall will again start.
It's better to go for hair transplant.
