Brief Answer:
I will suggest that you get the anal area examined!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your questions fully. This pain seems quite recurrent and I will like to see the anal area examined. It is my thinking that you may have a chronic minor anal tear that has never healed fully. If this is established after examinations, you will need to be followed up and managed accordingly.

For now, Tylenol:1000mg every 8hours will relief the pain. You should also increase your fluids, fruits and vegetables intake. This will ensure that your stools are soft and will lessen the strain during defecation and pain.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. I must restate that getting the anal area examined would be of prime importance at this time.
