Suggest Treatment For Anal Fistula In A Child

Posted on Wed, 13 Jul 2016
Question: Sir,
My son's age is 2+. Since, he was 3 months, we found one abscess in his inner buttock adjacent to anus. Later diagnosed as Anal Fistula after doing the fistulogram. Doctors advised to operate it in that age (5 months). But took our step back & gone for Electro Homeopathy Doctor and take medication for 1.5 years, but relief is not so impressive and we change the Doctor with German Medications since 3 months and the result is quite impressive.
I want to know, whether Anal Fistula is 100% curable through Homeopathy or is a symptomatic relief ? If any sure-shot medicines are there, please arrange to send me the prescription. Regards, XXXX

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern and following is step wise approach:

1. As fistula means there is a communication between internal and external sorrounding thus it has to be either healed (medical) or closed (surgical)

2. Since it is very rare for fistula-in-ano to be congenital and most of the time it is due to secondary infection like tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis thus are they excluded?

3. I usually manage my patient on following guidelines:

. Medical
Trifla guggullu, Vidangarishta,Jatyadi taila, Abhyarishta, navkarshik gugullu XXXXXXX tail, sitz bath.

.Surgical: If the patient is still experiencing symptoms (soiling of clothes, pus, recurring infection) then I go for Seton therapy (kshar XXXXXXX treatment) with excellent success/cure rate without any complications.

PS. Consult a good/experienced Shalya Doctor who is expert in field of Kshar XXXXXXX near your hometown and if interested I can courier you the result oriented medicines.
