Question: I have itchy bum. Worse at night, I have had bleeding, but this has stopped with application of sudocrem. At worse point of itch, wiped, no bowel movement, toilet paper had black specs and a black hair(?) approx 1inch long.
How long do responses normally take?

Brief Answer:
Needs direct examination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

As per your description you have had bleeding from the anus. It could be anal fissure or hemorrhoids. They bleed few days and stop automatically. The other reasons could be parasitic infestation that cause itch and then bleed. Sudocreme should have zinc oxide and it does not good in any of the above conditions.

I suggest for a good examination of the area by a local doctor to determine the exact cause of the bleeding and itch.
