Suggest treatment for anal abscess and fistula

default
Posted on Mon, 18 May 2015
Question: Hi I had an anal abscess and a fistula. The abscess was there since October 2014.
I had a procedure of fistulotomy (fistula IN ano) on 30th January 2015. As of now a small part of wound is still not healed, the inside of near by area (unhealed wound) is hard. Some times pus discharge happens even now also. Sometimes i get pain inside anus also, though this pain would be for few seconds only, may be just once in a day.
I also feel my stomach is not clear, i feel constipated. I have to go washroom three to four times a day.
Is there any problem what should i do. I asked my surgeon, he examined me and said everything seems to be fine.
Is there any chance of coming it back? Fistula?
What precautions do i need to take? Any medication that can release all the pus and pain? Ho can i get rid of this permanently?
