I have gone through the attached image. It seems that you have been bitten by an insect, possibly a spider or a tick. Apart from the surrounding erythema, there is a central vesciculation indicating the same. Please let me know if there is an associated itchiness. If present, cetirizine or some antiallergic tablet is to be taken once daily for the next few days. If the rash continues to spread or if you get fevers, it indicates that the condition is serious and that you should see a doctor at the earliest. If it resolves in next few days and no fever occurs, perhaps there is nothing to worry.
