Hello.thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern

You seem to have developed sycosis barbae which is deep folliculitis of the beard area presenting as nodules with pain and pus discharge and redness/rash.
I would suggest a course of an oral antibiotic e.g either amoxicillin or dicloxacillin for a week.
Topically you may use an antibacterial cream e.g neosporin ointment or 2% mupirocin or fusidic acid cream

Regards
