Brief Answer:
Seems to be contact dermatitis, topical steroid and antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
According to your complaints it seems you might have developed contact dermatitis to nickel which is usually present in the metallic watches.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply potent topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream or betamethasone on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for 10-14 days.
Besides this if the itching severe I would also recommend you to go for short course of oral steroids like tablet prednisolone 10 mg once daily for 5-7 days.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
