Brief Answer:
Either comnected with polluted environment or nasal mucosa damage

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for the follow-up question.

It looks tipical of a seasonal allergy.
Since you have no cough then we can be sure that it is not something related with lower respiratory ways. Also, the fact that you have it more in the evening or mornings tells me that it is something either environmental or a vessel damaged in the nose its dripping in the throat causing the brownish color.

You don't need to worry about it.
Drink plenty of water.
Do nasal washings with warm water to the nose, but gently.
It should go away with a bit of time, the time that the nasal mucosa gets healed.

I hope I have helped.

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako
