Suggest Treatment For Allergic Rhinitis

Question: Hello

I am having constant irritation in the nose and throat due to which i get Consecutive sneezes sometimes 10-15 in a row. Its quite an irritant as although i dont have cold i am constanly wiping my nose ... this is something thar has bothered me for a long time but since the past month its gotten worst. Its an everyday occurrance.

Hi

All your symptoms are suggestive of allergic rhinitis. You should get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the pictures.
Allergic rhinitis is usually associated with nasal pathology like a deviation in nasal septum or mucosal hypertrophy.
You should start taking tablet levocetrizine plus phenylepherine twice daily and use fluticasone nasal spray twice daily.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Take all medicines for a week.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.

Where can i ger the x-raydone . Is it possible at any scan center or is there is specific one? Also i wanted to add that the sneezes increase when i dont get enough sleep . The intensity is more during mornings.
