Suggest Treatment For Allergic Rhinitis
Question: I am XXXX
Age-33 Male XXXXXXX
Weight-75 Kgs. .
When ever I am in contact with dust, small rain drops, Moving in Vehicle with A.c., sitting in an A.C. Room,eating the foods from refrigerators,walking on moist floor without slipper my eyes becoming red, throat becomes inflamed,ear getting choked,nasal blockage found with severe feverish XXXXXXX I have been suffering from the last 15 years. for the first 10 years the doctors (ENT & medicine specialists)described it as allergic Rhynitis.Pescribed- Pentid-400 twice & Septilin syrup.
Now describing it as one kind of allergy. only pescribing- Ammoxicillin-cV-625, Montelucast-L, & Fluticasone Nasal Sprayer. The frequency of such happening is 2/3 times a month.
Also the doctors telling that such deaeses could not be treated.
kindly suggest me the permanent solution of the disease & what type of doctors really treat such type of deases.

Best treatment of allergy is ,identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it.
So better to avoid dust,pollution,smoke,moisture etc.
You need continuous treastment with combination of antihistamine -anti allergic drugs orally and intranasal steroid containung spray. Once your symptoms are controlled,we can taper down the drugs.
For permanent solution of allergy,Immunotherapy and Omalizumab are available.
But their success rates are very less. THey are very coastly too. For these,you need to consult allergist.
