Question: I have allergies and nothing seems to help. Runny nose constantly, sneezing 5-6 times at onece. I have been diagnosed with asthma but I do not have a problem breathing. My nose drip is almost making me incapable of living a normal life.

Brief Answer:
Your clinical history is suggestive of allergic Rhinitis .

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Your clinical history is suggestive of allergic Rhinitis .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Steam Inhalation twice daily through steam vaporizer ,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily,

Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily &
combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast at every night. These are prescription medications, so you will need to consult a physician and have them prescribed for you.

Use warm water gargle 20 mins after steroid nasal spray use .

Stop using any decongestant nose drops long term use itself will cause problem .

You will get relief .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Thanks.
