Answered by Dr. Dr. Erion Spaho (3 hours later)
Brief Answer:
It is a consequence of combined use of Codeine with Marijuana.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your question, history and understand your concerns.

After reading all your queries, in my opinion concerns you are experiencing are consequences of combined use of Codeine with Marijuana.

When used together, these two substances nearly give the effects of a new powerful drug.

I don't think this is the case for you to worry too much.

Avoid alcohol for a period of time and go on with your life normally.

Plenty of fluids help accelerate improvement.

You can take light sleep pills for a couple of days (Ambien e.g) to deal with your sleep disorder.

Hope this helps. If you have further questions feel free to ask.

So I shouldn't be scared that I have a brain tumor or nerve damage. Or want to get my head scanned
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Erion Spaho (59 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
This is not the case of brain tumor.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for asking again.

I don't know why you think about brain tumor, but yours is not the case.

There may be a nerve disfunction as a side effect of substances you used, but it should improve with time.

For now I don't think you need to worry more than necessary.

If symptoms persist after a couple of weeks, you need to consult a Neurologist.

Wishing you good health.

Hi again.

Tightness and tingling sensations in head are not normal findings in any person, but in your case they are attributable to substances you used.

Those sensations should diminish as time passes.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
A couple of weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

Codeine and Tetrahydrocanabinol need a few days to get out of your system.

Their effects on brain and nerves need more time to get back to normal. approximately 2-3 weeks.

Hope this helps. Best regards.

Now its not even burning sensation its sharp pains in the front and dull pains in the back
doctor

Brief Answer:
Detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

You should use something for your pain during this period of expected improvement, for example Tramadol 50 mg/ twice by day.

Another thing to be assessed is your blood pressure during the day.

Maybe changes in blood pressure cause your headaches, so I recommend to measure blood pressure three times a day.

Remember plenty of fluids and normal physical activity helps you.

Hope this helps.

Now I have like a ache in the top of my head and when I touch it it hurts

I'm having this stiff tightness in my head dull ache
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Erion Spaho (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
The pain is inside or outside (skin) of your head?

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

About the pain and stiffness you describe, you feel it inside your skull, or do you feel it under the head skin?

Also the pain is the same all the time, or its intensity changes with head position, any activity?

If you feel the pain under the skin, then probably it is from nerve disfunction caused by substances you used.

I still recommend you to take any light painkiller drug ( OTC), or Tramadol I recommended before.

Hope this helps.

It feels like its under my skin now it moves around in my head now its in my head and jaw

It feels as if it is in my skull
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Erion Spaho (14 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Nerve disfunction pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.

So this is most likely neuropathic pain caused by nerve disfunction and normally should get better with time passing.

If the pain interfered with your quality of life, or stops you functioning normally, then you should use some medication to ease it.

If the pain is mild and doesn't stop you from having normal activity, there is no need to use medications.

If your sleep problems continue, you should be treated. Having a normal sleep is indispensable in improving your condition.

Wishing good health.
