Brief Answer:
Relaxation exercises.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.
I can understand your concerns.

Mood swings and disturbed sleep are related to each other.

I have some suggestions to help you:
1. Follow healthy sleep habits like fixing your bedtime every night, avoiding tea, coffee or alcohol at bedtime, not getting involved into emotionally intense situations before sleeping.

2. Practice relaxation exercises daily.
3. Spare out some time for yourself and listen to music, jog, go for a movie, read a book etc.

4. Keep motivating yourself to control your anger. Repeat 'RELAX' three times whenever angry.

5. Mentally yell STOP at yourself when getting angry.

6. Keep yourself well hydrated. Always take a good and healthy diet. Avoid skipping meals.

Hope this helps.
Feel free to discuss further.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Don't focus on every thought.

Detailed Answer:
Your welcome.
See, the restless mind would think and think more. Do not try to stop your mind from thinking. Try not to focus on every thought.
Imagine you are standing on a platform. Several trains come and go. You do not have to board every train.

I wish you well.
Thanks.
