Last year when i had a complete body checkup, all my reports were negative. i have no bp & i am a non-diabetic based on last year,s reports.i frequently masturbate and have been doing this since last 10 years. on an average i masturbate twice a day and even 3-4 times a day. i honestly admit i am a hard core porn addict. i take a moderate diet. Now it has started to creep into my sex life too. i fell in love with a girl 2 months back and had sexual intercourse on 3 occasions with her. i never had any intercourse until then. i have always masturbated watching porn and thats the only way i used to please myself. during all the three occasions my erections were weak and could not long for more than 2-3 minutes. i am severely under depression as i feel i am suffering from ED and my girl friend has already ditched me. she thinks that i am impotent. i feel like killing myself nowhere to run and ask for help. my parents are planning to marry me off and i can,t afford to spoil any girls lyf without knowing what exactly is wrong with me.

i need you to please be compassionate with my problem and help me out. my erections one year back were strong and longer. however, on keen observation i found out that i can sustain longer and harder erection only during one certain position and all my life i have masturbated lying flat on the floor with my penis fully erect and pointing towards the roof. the moment i stand up, i loose my erection completely. six months back i used have erections during night too but now i dont experience any kind of erection during night. in addition, i have to continuously keep stimulating my penis with my hand to maintain the erection . would u further clarify the following which i am completely unaware

1) how long does a healthy erection last for 29 year old guy with no health complications ( avg time)

2) how do u measure hardness or stiffness of penis

3) Do i have to continuously physically stimulate my penis to make it harder

4) does low testosterone level and nervous system problems affect erections

5) did my porn addiction and over masturbation & self indulgence over so many years affect my penis and weaken it. If so is there any way to reverse it.

6) have my penile nerves weakened

7) In Porn movies, penis penetration is shown to last for 15- 20 minutes. I am unable to do it for not more than 2-3 minutes.

For me hope is going down. i have already lived a miserable lyf and cant imagine to live like this for another 30 years. i want to settled down in lyf and have a family of my own and live a happy life. Please guide me. i cant marry till i feel confident tat i do not have ED. i cant share my problem with anybody.

1) Could you throw some light about these advanced medical tests and how expensive are they.

2) Do i have to undergo complicated surgeries or oral medication would completely cure these problems

3) are there any generic OTC medicines(Ayurvedic & Allopathic) which i can start using in the meantime. Any specific diet suggestions and changes

Lastly, since i am from XXXXXXX Andhra Pradesh, could you please refer me to a doctor in and around this place who is as qualified and experienced as you are and who can immediately diagnose and cure my problem.

thanks for the info. i am planning to visit your clinic and i have to travel all the way to XXXXXXX will it be possible to consult and talk to u and get all the tests and reports on the same day so that i can return immediately back to my place. tat way i can save my accommodation expenses

can i get my followups done over phone from then on to avoid multiple frequesnt visits. How crowded will your clinic be ? and i am worried about my privacy. Kindly guide How much will be approximate amount for all the tests.

And i have a facility in my office for medical reimbursement. I want to avail that benefit but then i want my medical condition undisclosed. If you can mention an alternate problem, say for example, urinary tract infection and mention the same XXXXXXX amount, i will be able to protect my privacy.
