Suggest Treatment For Acute Middle Ear Infection

Question: Something is going on with my Left ear. Intermitently about every 30 minutes, I hear what sounds like water or even wind in my ear. Also, there seems to be some kind of subtle/gentle throbbing pressure with the sound. It's just the left ear.
