Brief Answer:
Tension Headache

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As per your description this is known as Tension Headache. Simple over the counter medicines like DART tablet along with relaxation techniques would greatly help.
She should practise meditation and calming down skills.
Let her get evaluated for blood pressure, diabetes and thyroid issues.
Learning to relax is the permanent solution for her.
Tackling stress is key parameter.
