Brief Answer:
What is the patient's body weight ?

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

I have noted the clinical details.

I can assume that this is the first seizure since XXXXXXX 2016 (past 8 months).

Is she taking Levipil 500 mg twice daily regularly (without missing any dose) ?

What is her current body weight?

Is she sleeping well at nights (7-8 hours per night) ?

Please get back with the answers to the above. Based on that, I would be able to guide with her medications.

Best wishes,

Her weight is 52 kg

She sleeps 8 hours daily.

She was taking Levipil 500 half in the morning and one at night.

After her seizure on 20/02/17 she is taking Levipil 500 one in the morning and one at night.

She has not missed any doses.

She is taking lobazam at night.

This is her first seizure since 2011 March when the AEDs are first started.

This is her first seizure with medication.

Brief Answer:
As of now, the medicine and dose are correct.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back with the information.

The dose increase of levipil to 500 mg twice daily is correct, and no further action is needed.

It is expected to keep her free from seizures.
