Brief Answer:
take alternatives like doxycycline / minocycline

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.
As per details, it seems that you are getting Acne due to hormonal changes . In such scenario, the distribution of acne is mainly over lower face and chin.
If you have taken erythromycin with no relief, you may take other antibiotics like Doxycycline/ Minocycline under your doctor's supervision.
Since you have keloidal tendency, so there are always chances of acne turning into keloid.
For keloid, intralesional triamcinolone acetonide injection is the preferred treatment.
You may get sessions of Chemical peel done by an expert dermatologist for improvement of acne and scars.
I would advise you to discuss this with your doctor. I hope it helps.
Take care
