Brief Answer:
Management of acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and she is having moderate acne.
It is normal to have aggravation of acne before periods due to the hormonal changes.
Ask her not to use Panderm plus cream as it contains steroid and can lead to lot of side effects on her face including worsening of acne.
If I was her treating doctor I would recommend her to start with capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily and apply clindamycin gel on the pimples in the morning and adapelene gel on the pimples at night.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Acne is a chronic disease and treatment needs to be continued for a long time but under doctor's supervision.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
